IV League Key West is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our growing luxury medical spa!

We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience in a welcoming, professional, and upscale environment. We are looking for someone who loves working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in making every client feel special.

Our ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable promoting our services while helping our business continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional first impression.

• Answer incoming calls, respond to messages, and assist with client inquiries.

• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and confirm upcoming visits.

• Educate clients about available services, memberships, and promotions.

• Assist with client retention, follow-ups, and rebooking appointments.

• Process payments and assist with daily front desk operations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Support the team with marketing promotions, special events, and daily administrative tasks.

• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Dependable, punctual, and motivated.

• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and social media.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Previous experience in a medical spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred but not required.

• Sales experience and confidence discussing services are a plus!
