Front Desk Supervisor

Position Overview
The Front Desk Supervisor serves as the first point of contact for all guests and is responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and personalized arrival and departure experience. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily hotel operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle reservations, modifications, and guest requests
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Experienced in managing reservations and inventory using Cloudbeds PMS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and reservation system proficiency
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
